Ever wonder on a one sweet silent morning, something that you’ll not ever forget would happened? Well, something is actually happened today and it just keep on making me smile all day long. I didn’t expect a simple word can lead to a very big miscommunication and the best part is everyone did realize your mistake(s). Just expect the unexpected because things might happened anytime, and anywhere and any situations, either you’re ready or not. So, there’s a lesson to remember, few thing to remember and to be bear in mind. Don’t ever cry, be well prepare, don’t simply rush and if you’re not very sure, don’t assume but ask. Hehe

Don’t forget to prepare your image capturing device plus a voice recorder.. It would be nice if you can keep something as a proof, or something to remember..

Owh yeah, familiar with the outlet below? Yes, it’s a Rotiboy outlet, KLCC branch. In my company, especially at contact centre department, Rotiboy outlet is commonly used as a landmark if a customer ask where’s the location of the company outlet in KLCC.. This is my favourite script; ‘Beside the Rotiboy, to Putra LRT station..’ It’s easier to guide them going and oftenly, when mentioning about Rotiboy, they know the exact location already..

Situation : Customer called to check on my company outlet location

My ‘G’ Friend : Bapak, outlet kami di Kajang ada di Plaza Citra yaa..

My ‘E’ Friend : Encik, outlet kami di KLCC ada di concourse level to Putra LRT station

Me (without actually realize that my ‘G’ friend is also trying to help customer to locate the DiGi Plaza Citra outlet..) : Rotiboy.. cakap sebelah Rotiboy..

My ‘G’ Friend : Outletnya disebelah Rotiboy ya bapak..

My ‘K’ Friend : EH? BUKKKAAANNNN!!! Outlet di Plaza Citra bukan di sebelah Rotiboy!!

My ‘G’ Friend : Oh ya pak, bukan di sebelah Rotiboy.. Di Plaza Citra yaa..

Can you imagine things happened after that? Hehe..
